About our club
Our goal is to foster reading habits and promote healthy coexistence. A space to share ideas, analyze literary works and enjoy good company in Mexicali.
Dynamics and meetings
- We meet every two weeks, on Thursdays at 7:00 PM, at Snowtea UABC.
- At the end of each session, we democratically choose the next book.
- All communication and reminders are handled through our WhatsApp group.
Current Reading
We're reading "The Tale of Despereaux" by Kate DiCamillo, winner of the Newbery Medal. A tiny mouse with enormous ears falls in love with music, with books and with a princess, and for that he is banished to the dungeons, where a rat who dreams of light and a servant girl who dreams of a crown are waiting.
Next session: Thursday, September 24, 7:00 PM at Snowtea UABC — We look forward to seeing you!
